Made by Richard Shops in the 1970's in soft black velvet with a muted pale rust brown large floral print with tones of stormy grey.
Fitted waistband with tie details to fasten front or back, and centre seams with flared a-line shape.
Fastens at the back with a zip and button. 100% cotton, made in England.
