Soft black velvet vintage 1960s mini dress by Susan Small, with white polkadots all over! A lovely little cocktail frock with long sleeves, scoop neckline with asymmetric tie detail, and fitted panel around the ribcage with seamed waist and slim-fitting skirt.
Bodice and skirt are lined in black acetate. Nylon zip to the centre back. Labelled Susan Small, made in England.
