Here are some frequently asked questions and answers you may find helpful. If you have a query which is not answered here or within the other pages of our Help and info section, please get in touch and we will get back to you asap.
Q: Why do 'sold' items still show on the site?
A: Items which have been sold remain on the site for approximately 4 weeks in case they are returned. If you would like to be informed of the return of any sold item, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know if it comes back into stock.
Q: Do you produce a printed catalogue?
A: Candy Says does not produce a printed catalogue as our stock is changing every week and a printed catalogue would not be viable. All new items are listed on the website and can be viewed in the Latest additions section.
Q: How often do you add new items to the website?
A: New items are added to the website every week. There is no specific day when new items will be added, so to make sure you don't miss out: check up on the Latest additions page regularly!
Q: Do you buy items from private sellers?
A: Candy Says is always interested in hearing from those of you with items to sell. We prefer to buy collections of items rather than individual pieces, but if you have something rare or special to sell we will always consider a single item. Contact us for more information.
Q: Do you loan items for press/magazine shoots?
A: We love to see Candy Says in print and are happy to loan specific items or advise on suitable vintage pieces for articles/photoshoots. A full deposit will be required. Please e-mail email@example.com for more information and a press release. We can provide high resolution images on demand of any in-stock items and also have a large archive of ready-to-mail high res pictures of other colourful vintage items from our stock over the years - so don't hesitate to get in touch if you are searching for a particular item for your feature! Q: Is all your stock on the website?
A: Due to the large volumes of stock at Candy Says, we often have many items waiting to be listed on the website. If you can't see what you want, drop us a line - we may well have something in stock that fits the bill...
