Glossy black cotton velvet vintage kaftan (possibly circa 1960s but could be earlier), decorated with elaborate red, yellow, green and white embroidery to the bodice and sleeves, and sides of the skirt, with deco style fanned lines.
Notched neckline, no fastenings, pulls on over the head.
