Elegant and timeless vintage 1950s Frank Usher evening dress in soft black cotton velvet. Wide neckline and cap sleeves, with nipped in waist and fabulous full structured skirt.
Gathered section to the front waist which fans out into the skirt. Belt detail at the sides of waist to fasten around the back and cinch in for a flattering fit.
Metal zip to the centre back, labelled Frank Usher, London. The skirt has sections of net underneath, and stiffened layered muslin hooped petticoat for shape.
