Elegant fairytale vintage evening gown/ballgown from the 1950s, in layers of nylon mesh.
Gathered shoulder straps, fitted bodice with overlaid tulip wrap effect, and seamed waist with two mesh rosettes to the side. Full skirt with a layer of white mesh beneath the upper layer.
Metal zip to the centre back, with sash detail from the back of one shoulder strap, connecting to the skirt on the opposite side with a rosette detail.
Bodice lined in white nylon, skirt unlined and semi-sheer (add a full petticoat for modesty/a fuller skirt! Boned bodice. Lovely lustre to the fabric.
