Labelled 'Suky', it's a sleeveless dress in deep, hot poly/viscose feel fabric, with an integral satin stripe. The bodice is fully lined, with frill collar to the waist, bust darts for shape, and keyhole to the back of the neck with seven covered buttons and loop to fasten.
From the fitted seamed waist, the dress has a three-tiered rara skirt. Belt loops to add your own belt.
