This quirky fun vintage hat from the 1960s is in chunky strips of woven black and pale peach plastic raffia.
It has a tall straight crown with flat top and narrow brim. There is a black satin hatband to decorate, and the hat has a stiffened mesh net frame inside.
Very theatrical and flamboyant!
